Looking for Linux Embedded Software Engineer/ Tech Leader in american-based sucsessful startup Haifa.We are in a search for the Linux Embedded Developer who will bring experience and hopefully also lead the 2 developers.The american based startup is working in Industrial Internet of Things market.The combination of vibration and ultrasonic sensors with powerful machine learning algorithms enables our technology to detect malfunctions before they occur. Our solution impacts the bottom linefor customers by reducing maintenance costs, energy consumption and environmental impact.We are looking for a Linux Software Engineer who is passionate about building IoT devices.You will develop the IoT Edge devices in a fast-moving and cutting-edge team.A Day in Your Life- Design and develop Linux based embedded systems, to meet the the next generation of IoT challenges- Define and connect IoT devices to the cloud via communications protocols and messaging networks.- Develop and optimize the communication between IoT devices and sensors via BLE and other IoT protocols(such as 6LoWPAN/Bluetooth Mesh) for scalability, efficiency, and power consumption.- Define and continuously improve the security of our IoT products.What You Bring- Education: BSc degree in electrical engineering or computer science.- Experience in developing applications/drivers in Linux userspace.- Experience working with different communication protocols (e.g. Wifi/BLE).- Experience with Buildroot /Yocto project is a plus.Passionate about Embedded System: - You like to build and deploy projects, have a strong sense of IoT based technologiesand are able to create robust development.
